Image shows Jacqueline Olson, second of three women fire fighter trainees, shown at desk training to join the Fort Worth Fire Department. They have vowed to complete the 20-week training school. When they graduate they will eliminate, Fort Worth the last city in Texas without women on their firefighting force. Olson is a former computer operator. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition July 29, 1982.
