Image shows Moses Poolaw, 70, Kiowa Native American, oversees the erection of an authentic Native American Village on the grounds of Fort Richardson. The village is part of a three day Frontier Fair, sponsored by the Jack County Historical Society. Poolaw (Wolfbear), is a World War I army veteran. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 29 1964.
