Description
A group of Cub and Boy Scouts at 1968 Cub Scout Olympics competing in a hula hoop race. The group on the right shows scouts from Cub Scout Pack 231, represented by Kirkpatrick Elementary school students Dale Brown, 10, Anthony Earle, 9, and Marcus Jones, 9, who won the hula hoop race. The event was held by the Woodbine Trail District Longhorn Council of the Boy Scouts which took place in Harmon Recreation Center in Fort Worth and was attended by about 100 Cub and Boy Scouts.
