Description
Electra Waggoner Biggs, member of a Texas pioneer family, is in Fort Worth to exhibit her sculpture at the Public Library under sponsorship of the Fort Worth Art Association. At left, she is shown placing a sculpture of her father, E. P. Waggoner on a stand. She has worked out a happy combination of career and family life, in that she uses members of her family as models.
