Description

Electra Waggoner Biggs, member of a Texas pioneer family, is in Fort Worth to exhibit her sculpture at the Public Library under sponsorship of the Fort Worth Art Association. Biggs. an artist, sculptor, ranch heiress was the daughter of Edward Paul Waggoner and an heiress of the Waggoner Ranch. She is shown with one of the items in the exhibition.
