    Electra Waggoner Biggs, member of a Texas pioneer family, is in Fort Worth to exhibit her sculpture at the Public Library under sponsorship of the Fort Worth Art Association. At the exhibit is a bust of Tony Hazelwood, ranch foreman at Santa Rosa, where Mrs. Biggs lives and maintains her studio.
