Ben Beau's Black Beauty, right, posed by his owner, Jack Patterson of Arlington, was best dog in show at the recent match of the Dallas Cocker Club. He is sired by Champion Shadow's Ben Beau. The black and tan dog is Vee-R-Dee's Spicy Rumor, owned by Vernon R. Dersh, Grand Prairie, best of opposite sex to Black Beauty. He is sired by Champion Country Rumor from Lanchester. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 26, 1951.
