Autos creep along highway near traffic circle north of Brownwood after floodwaters surged across the area. The waters, which isolated the city for a two hour period. An air view of the flood of Brownwood, Texas can be seen in the photograph. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition June 13, 1951.
