Image shows that because of poor drainage water stands for weeks at the front of four houses in the 5200 block of Goodman. African-American residents on the street report they have asked the city, along with other Lake Cumo groups, for better street drainage. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 15, 1951.
