Description
This car trail through the mud in the 2100-2200 blocks of Wenneca has to serve for African-American residents in the area. however, one block away, city crews are cutting to grade and gravel a side street over which construction firm routes its trucks. The firm is paying for the gravel. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition May 15, 1951.
