Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Texas A&M Aggies at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Thousands of football fans traveled from all over to catch the game and attend the pregame parade in downtown Fort Worth. A crowd of people are packed on the sidewalks of Main Street as the Aggie Marching band passes by. The Texas marquee sign is advertising "Lunch, Dine, Dance and the Den Tony Di Pardos Orchestra". Further down the street is the Worth building and Bond Clothes. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 19, 1941.
