Description
The Texas Christian University Horned Frogs are hosting the visiting Texas A&M Aggies at Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. Thousands of football fans traveled from all over to catch the game. The A&M corps staff is marching down Main Street in the pregame parade. Leading the group is Cadet Colonel Tom Gillis Junior (Jr.). Cadet Colonel Gillis is the first cadet commandant from Fort Worth to head a parade in his home town. The corps staff are all dressed in their military uniforms. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 18, 1941.
