Description
Postmaster General Frank C. Walker came to Fort Worth Friday on an official inspection trip, to launch a new defense bond and savings stamp campaign and witness the Texas Christian University (TCU) and Agricultural and Mechanical College of Texas (Texas A&M) football game. He is show with his Texas hosts, Postmaster Burris C. Jackson of Hillsboro, Texas (right) and Postmaster Henry D. Young of Fort Worth, Texas (left). This is the Postmaster General Walker's first trip to Texas. Postmaster Walker is sitting on a couch in between the two Texas postmasters. Mr. Walker is holding a cigarette in his right hand and a piece of paper in his left hand. All three men are wearing suits.
