Description

The Paschal High School Panthers are facing off against the Electra High School Tigers in the first game of the 1941 football season. The game is being held at the Panthers' home, Farrington Field, on a Thursday night. In the second quarter, Panther Halfback C. M. Grubbs (22) was given the ball. He broke loose at the twenty-yard line and took his long stride to the goal-line. The second touchdown gave the Panthers a 12-0 lead. Paschal went on to win 25-6. "2nd Touchdown for Paschal. With this long stride, happy C. M. Grubbs raced across the goal line to give Paschal a 12-0 lead over Electra in the second quarter of the game Thursday night at Farrington Field.
