    Description

    The thirteenth annual Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo is opening Wednesday morning. A dedication ceremony for the late Frank Rhoades, opened the Fair. Mrs. Norman McCluskey is in charge of the rodeo sponsors. She is shown leaning on the saddle of her horse, with a hand on her hip. She is dressed in a cowboy hat, button-up blouse, bandanna, and trousers. There is a house and automobiles parked in the background.
