Description

The thirteenth annual Throckmorton County Fair and Rodeo is opening Wednesday morning. A dedication ceremony for the late Frank Rhoades, opened the Fair. Wayne Berry, of Throckmorton, Texas is posing with with "Corky." Wayne fed the grand champion club calf, which was bread by L. C. Atkinson. Wayne is wearing a straw cowboy hat, button-up shirt and trousers. A building with a metal roof is in the background.
