Expert sailors from all over the nation are flocking to Eagle Mountain Lake of the ninth annual regatta of the International Snipe Association. Representing the Western Long Island Sound Fleet, left to right, are Jack Baird and Bill Dowd of Larchmont, New York. They are shown checking the rigging of their sailboat.
