Description

Expert sailors from all over the nation are flocking to Eagle Mountain Lake of the ninth annual regatta of the International Snipe Association. Traveling all the way from the Olcutt Yacht Club in Lockport, New York, left to right, are Dr. Frank J. Moyer Junior and Harry Shaeffer. They are shown in the water, aboard their sailboat, "Scat." At 60 years old, Dr. Moyer is among the oldest sailors on Lake Ontario. He is dressed in a short-sleeve shirt and trousers. Mr. Shaeffer is wearing a peaked hat, button-up shirt, and trousers. There are boats hitched onto trailers in the background.
