Description
The Texas State Highway Patrol is conducting interviews for applicants at Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas. When the 152 applicants arrived, they were fingerprinted and exchanged their name for a numbered card. Checking in applicants, left to right, are Sergeant R. M. Hammett, H. G. Palmer, Harper Jones and Captain E. M. Wells. Sergeant Hammett and Captain Wells are dressed in their police uniforms.
