Description

The Texas State Highway Patrol is conducting interviews for applicants at Paschal High School in Fort Worth, Texas. When the 152 applicants arrived, they were fingerprinted and exchanged their name for a numbered card. Patrolman Homer Spellmann is shown handing out exams to the applicants. Phillip Gerald Carr, of Cleburne, Texas, is sitting in the front desk. He is dressed in a short-sleeve button-up shirt and trousers. Officer Spellmann is wearing a police uniform.
