At the Possum Kingdom Dam dedication, July 2nd are three Rural Electrification Administration officials from Washington who were speakers, left to right, Robert B. Craig, deputy administrator; Arthur Gerth, Texas Director, and C. O. Falkenwald, head of the applications and loans division. The men are standing next to each other in this half length photograph.
