Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Haygood of Gorman, Texas, member of the Comanche County Electric Co-operative, who were selected as Mr. and Mrs. Texas Farmer at the Possum Kingdom Dam dedication, have their hands imprinted in the cement cornerstone of the dam sub-station. Placing their hands is Arthur Gerth, right, Texas director for Rural Electrification Administration. Mr. and Mrs. Haygood are wearing their title sashes. They are standing behind a viewing platform where many guests are seated. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 3, 1941.
