    Residents 150 miles around Possum Kingdom Dam, were well represented at the dam dedication, July 2nd. Among the 2,000 attendees are the second and third place winners in the Mr. and Mrs. Texas Farmer contest are, left to right, Mrs. A. B. Brazeal and her husband from Newport, Texas, members of the Blue Grove Electric Co-Operative, and Mrs. H. H. Ramage and her husband from Iredell, Texas, members of the Erath co-operative. The couples are wearing their title sashes and enjoying a conversation among themselves. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 3, 1941.
