    Residents 150 miles around Possum Kingdom Dam, were well represented at the dam dedication, July 2nd. Among the 2,000 attendees are one of the many family groups that held a picnic under the gnarled old cedars at the dam site prior to the dedication. Left to right, in front Mrs. E. C. Powell, Azle, Texas; Billy Jack, 5, and Donna Jean Furguson, 8, of Azle, Texas, and Mrs. E. C. Furguson, Houston, Texas; back row, Miss Ira Belle Harper, Springtown, Texas; Miss Zebuline Furguson, Houston, Texas, and Miss Jimmie Lee Powell, Azle, Texas.
