Residents 150 miles around Possum Kingdom Dam, were well represented at the dam dedication, July 2nd. Among the 2,000 attendees are some men who have seen much of Texas history in their lifetime, left to right, Walter Barrett, 69, of Garner, Texas; W. B. Starr, 63, Cisco, Texas; J. G. Stuteville, Cisco, Texas, 59, and W. E. Throckmorton, 73 of Garner, Texas. The men are having a casual conversation. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 3, 1941.
