Description

The Fort Worth district Golden Gloves is being held at the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. The winners of each weight class will go onto to represent Fort Worth in the state tournament. Competing in the bantamweight class left to right are Walter Glenn and Eldred Adams. Glenn, from the North Side, stunned Adams, from the South Side, with an attack that gained a technical knockout in the second round of their semifinal bout. Adams is shown falling to his after a powerful shot from Glenn.
