    Description

    The Reserve Officers' Training Corps of the Fort Worth Public Schools underwent annual Federal inspection Thursday, May 8, on the campus of Amon Carter Riverside High School. The inspecting officers and the head of the Fort Worth ROTC, left to right, are Colonel Theodore K. Spencer, assistant civilian components officer, Eighth Corps Area, San Antonio; Lieutenant Colonel R. K. Whitson, professor of military science and tactics for the public schools, and Lieutenant Colonel M. B. Oliver, professor of military science and tactics at North Texas Agricultural College, Arlington. The officers are in conversation, standing in the parade grounds.
