The Reserve Officers' Training Corps of the Fort Worth Public Schools underwent annual Federal inspection Thursday, May 8, on the campus of Amon Carter Riverside High School. Lieutenant Colonel Theodore K. Spencer, inspecting officer from Eighth Corps Area, San Antonio, Texas, examines the rifle of Bobby Moore, Paschal High School cadet. W. B. Winn, Paschal High School, is at Moore's left. Colonel Walker K. Williamson, Arlington Heights High School Corps commander, looks on.
