The Reserve Officers' Training Corps of the Fort Worth Public Schools underwent annual Federal inspection Thursday, May 8, on the campus of Amon Carter Riverside High School. First Lieutenant Billy Stratton, left, North Side High School, best shot in the ROTC here this year, meets Corporal Charles Bradbury, Arlington Heights High School, adjudged the corps' best-drilled cadet.
