Description
The Reserve Officers' Training Corps of the Fort Worth Public Schools underwent annual Federal inspection Thursday, May 8, on the campus of Amon Carter Riverside High School. The color bearers and guards, all technical sergeants from Paschal High School, wore their distinction proudly. Left to right, Bill Haynes, Flavin Arseneau, Ray Goodman and Robert Shaw. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 8, 1941.
