Description

Floods plagued many West Texas communities over the weekend running deep into city streets and causing damage. The Seymour Cotton Mill stood in the midst of a lake. Water and gas mains and pavement in the city were damaged by flood and service was temporarily interrupted. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, May 5, 1941.
