Description

The 13th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. The show exhibits both dairy cattle and dairy products and attracts crowds from all over the Plains country. Standing left to right are Myrna Dean Gaignat and Jacquelyn Wilkinson. Miss Wilkinson, of Friona, Texas, is being crowned queen of the 1941 show. She is wearing a crown of flowers, a floral print dress, and is carrying a basket of flowers. Miss Gaignat, of Tahoka, Texas, is the maid of honor. She is wearing a dress with a solid colored bodice and a floral print skirt.
