"War-1941," an oil painting by Mrs. Maurine Cantey, was accorded the greatest number of votes by gallery visitors in the Public Library where the Fort Worth Art Association's Local Artists show hung during April. Mrs. Cantey was awarded a $25 cash prize known as the "People's Choice" prize.
