Description
The 13th annual Panhandle Plains Dairy Show is being held in Plainview, Texas. Some of the Plainview, Texas, hostesses are shown paying homage to the queen of the 1941 show and her maid of honor. They are, left to right, on the front row, Marjorie Patterson, Lola Mae Foster, Charline Field, and Carol Shook. On the back row, left, is the maid of honor, Miss Myrna Dean Gaignat, and Queen Jacquelyn Wilkinson, right. Miss Patterson is wearing a dress with buttons down the bodice. Miss Foster is wearing a dress with a sash wrapped around the waist. Miss Field is wearing a striped dress. Miss Shook is wearing a dark colored dress with a lace collar and lace detailing along the sleeves. Miss Gaignat is wearing a blouse and skirt. Miss Wilkinson is wearing a long-sleeve polka-dot blouse and a skirt.
