Description
One the cars in the parade at the Borden County 50th anniversary celebration. The car and its passengers are arranged to resemble a typical West Texas family in 1913. The style of automobile shown was the first car in the county. A family of nine are crammed in the car. One of the children is standing up in the car and holding onto the front window. The year "1913" is written on the side of the car. The back of the car holds more children, with a couple of boys poking out from the back seats and hanging on.
