Description
Students at Texas Christian University assembled in their western gear for the dress rehearsal of the school's first annual Ranch Festival, Friday and Saturday, February 1-2. Miss Bobby Davidson of Grand Saline, Texas, center, is being forced to choose between two "bad guys" from the range. They are holding Miss Davidson on the wrist on each side. The gunmen outlaws are left to right Bill Caudle of Mineola, Texas and Bill Jennings of Taft, Texas. Miss Davidson is wearing a cowboy hat, western blouse and a skirt. The outlaws are wearing cowboy hats, button-up shirts, bandanas, and jeans. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 31, 1940.
