Description
Troops from the 45th Infantry Division are arriving at Camp Barkeley, the new training facility near Abilene, Texas. Military trucks carried the division 230-miles from Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Relaxing in the barracks after the big moving operation are left tor right Private George Meniatis and Private Solly Sandoval. The men are from Company A., 157th Infantry out of Denver Colorado. Private Meniatis is sitting on his bunk, wearing a collared shirt, jacket, and jeans. He is reaching for a cigarette from his friend. Private Sandoval is dressed in a side cap, collared shirt, jacket, and jeans. Clothes and supplies are handing from nails on the wall.
