Description
Camp Barkeley is the new military training facility near Abilene, Texas. The camp is opening their doors for the first time. Left to right are Private Charles P. Michie and First Sergeant Napoleon McClure. Both men are members of Headquarters Company, 90th Infantry Brigade. They are enjoying their first meal at Camp Barkeley. Private Michie, of McAlister, Oklahoma is dressed in his military uniform. Sergeant McClure of Bennington, Oklahoma, is wearing his military uniform.
