Description
A ceremony is being held in Abilene, Texas to officially turn Camp Barkeley over to the military. The camp will serve as a training facility for the 45th Infantry Division, based out of Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Major General William S. Key is leading his 10,500 men of the 45th Division into the city. General Key is standing on the stage, behind the microphone. He is dressed in his military uniform. There are three other men on the stage and a crowd of people below.
