    Description

    The Brewer Murder Trial is underway at the Tarrant County Courthouse. The central figures in the courtroom drama are left to right Mrs. Earl T. Brewer, Virginia Ruth Brewer Cox, and Earl T. Brewer. Mr. Brewer is on trial for the knife slaying of his nineteen year old son-in-law, H. Glen Cox in a Fort Worth, Texas apartment on January 10, 1941. The Brewers and the Cox Family live on neighboring farms in Fannin County, Texas. Mrs. Brewer is the wife of the defendant and mother of the girl. She is wearing a hat, blouse, plaid coat, and a skirt. Virginia, fourteen, was a bride for four days before the slaying. She is wearing a floral dress and a blazer. Mr. Brewer is dressed in a three piece suit.
