Description
The Brewer Murder Trial is underway at the Tarrant County Courthouse. Earl T. Brewer is on trial for murdering his son-in-law H. Glen Cox at an east-side apartment on January 10, 1941. On the witness stand is Virginia Ruth Brewer Cox, fourteen. She is the daughter of the defendant and the wife of the victim. She was married to Glen four days before the slaying. She is wearing a short-sleeve floral dress.
