Description
Abilene, Texas played host to an array of military dignitaries at their annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Two of the five Generals in attendance are left to right, Major General Walter Krueger and Major General William S. Key. They are sitting a long table, drinking coffee and eating dessert. General Krueger, of San Antonio, Texas, is the commander of the 8th Army Corps. He is dressed in his military uniform. General Key, is the commander of the 45th Infantry Division from Fort Still, Oklahoma, which is now training at Camp Barkeley near Abilene. He is dressed in his military uniform and smoking a cigar.
