    Description

    Abilene, Texas is playing host to an array of military dignitaries at their annual Chamber of Commerce Banquet. The men in charge of building Abilene's Camp Barkeley are left to right, Major Richard E. Froiseth, Captain John T. Morgan, and Captain John W. Copeland. Major Froiseth is the construction quartermaster at Camp Barkeley. He is dressed in his military uniform and smoking a cigarette. Captain Morgan, is the executive officer. He is dressed in his military uniforms and a smoking a cigarette. Captain Copeland, is the assistant executive officer. He is wearing his military uniform.
