Description
Camp Wolters, one of the Nation's largest Army replacement centers is doubling manpower and adding steam for the finishing drive. One of their projects includes a six-mile concrete highway loop, which will pass through the main camp area. The project is shown reaching the one and a half mile mark.on the 6 mile concrete highway which will pass through the camp. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, January 2, 1941.
