    Engineers, contractors, and the Army's constructing quarter masters are working together as partners on the huge job of making Camp Wolters ready for selectees by March. Discussing a knotty problem left to right are C. T. Ayres and A. P. Rollins. Mr. Ayres, of Fort Worth, Texas, is an office engineer for Rollins & Forrest Construction Engineers. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Rollins of Dallas, Texas, is a member of the same firm. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, January 3, 1941.
