    Description

    Camp Wolters, one of the Nation's largest Army replacement centers is doubling manpower and adding steam for the finishing drive. Will O'Connell is one of the principal figures in the Camp Wolters' construction. He is the general manager for Cage Brothers and F. M. Reeves & Sons, Incorporated contractors. Mr. O'Connell, a building expert, superintended several similar construction jobs in the World War. He is shown sitting at his desk, dressed in a three piece suit. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, evening edition, January 2, 1941.
