Description
Interstate Commerce Commisison rail hearing took place in Hotel Texas. Assistant Attorney General Cammack of Texas, (left) converses with Examiner W. J. Schutrumpf during a brief recess. Mr. Cammack and Mr. Schutrumpf are examining a piece of document on a table. The Texas shippers and railway employees are opposing the application by the Colorado and Southern to lease the properties of the Fort Worth and Denver City and Wichita Valley Railways. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, December 2, 1940.
