Part of the voluminous evidence at the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) hearing involving the Colorado and Southern, and Fort Worth and Denver City Railways. Studying it are W. A. Weeks, left, auditor for State Railroad commission, and Richard H. Cocke, assistant Attorney General of Texas. Weeks testified for opponents of the C&S application to lease the other lines. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, December 3, 1940.
