The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. The association staff are greeting visitors at the door, and attaching their badges. Fred Earwood is receiving his badge from Miss Metha Thompson. Mr. Earwood is a rancher from Sonora, Texas. He is wearing a hat and a double breasted suit. Miss Thompson is the assistant secretary of the association. She is wearing a button-up blouse and a vest.
