Description
The Texas Sheep and Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in San Angelo, Texas. The 1940 Convention marks the Silver Anniversary of the association. Miss Lucille Cowsert is being named the new "Miss Mohair," one of the traditions at the convention. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. O. O. Cowsert, of Rock Springs, Texas. Lucille is garbed in a suit of mohair and a sash.
